We accept bank transfer, cash and card. Payment terms are discussed and agreed before any work begins.
Roofing
Q.How do I know if I need a roof repair or full replacement?
We carry out a free roof inspection and give you an honest assessment. We never recommend a full replacement when a repair will do the job.
Q.Do you offer emergency roofing repairs?
Yes. Call us directly for emergency repairs — we respond as quickly as possible to storm damage, leaks and missing tiles.
Q.What roofing materials do you work with?
We work with all common roofing materials including concrete and clay tiles, natural slate, flat roof felt, EPDM rubber and fibreglass.

Q.What driveway materials are available?
We offer block paving, resin-bound, tarmac, concrete and natural stone. We will advise on the best option for your needs and budget.
Q.Do I need planning permission for a new driveway?
Most driveways do not require planning permission, especially if using permeable materials. We can advise based on your specific situation.
Q.How long does a driveway installation take?
Most residential driveways can be completed in 1–3 days, weather permitting.

Yes, WPE Property is a fully licensed waste carrier. We provide duty of care documentation for all collections.
Q.What waste can you collect?
We collect most non-hazardous waste including construction debris, soil, garden waste, furniture and general clearance waste.
